1. Moewe — Lowenzahnhonig

Steady, non-intrusive rhythms that help sync the brain's hemispheres. The noise of the outside world begins to fade. Reminds me of places i’ve never been to. it opens a liminal space where we can wander

2. Morgengruss II — Popol Vuh

Complexity increases to engage the subconscious while the conscious mind focuses. Acts as a sonic barrier against distraction.

3. Spindrift — Colin Stetson

A lush textured experimental jazz-fusion song featuring circular breath and saxophone. Perfect for losing and/or finding yourself in it.

4. Memories — June 11

Nostalgic textures that bridge the gap between past focus and future potential. Memories’ by June 11 (Jan van der Broeke) can transport us to a liminal space, between here and dreams. Let the heartbeat lead you through layers of textures, and the voice of 93-year-old Olga, reminiscing about her youth in colonial India; and explore that safe space.

5. Elbowgrease — Depakote

Another instrumental song to keep chilling in the liminal space; this week with hip hop notes so we can get uplifted.

6. Good Morning — Thomas de Pourquery

A great song to begin something. it starts slow and easy with low commitment and leaves you ready to keep on going.Expansive jazz elements that open the mind's horizon. Perfect for morning strategy and creative ideation.

7. Become a Mountain — Dan Deacon

Feel hugged by the deep lyrics and the shimmer of bright pianos. as playful as profound, this piece is a rainbow in a song Layered synth structures that build a monumental sense of accomplishment. A sonic celebration of peak performance.

8. Heart Sutra Song - Gone Beyond — Laurie Anderson

“i expanded my consciousness with this song (this is not an overstatement). i recommend you to listen to this whole record done with tibetan musician tenzin choegyal. and also give yourself the chance to check all laurie anderson broad art proposal. to me, she is a leonardo da vinci that has not had the recognition she deserves in this patriarchal society”.

9. Major Tom — The Space Lady

her story is one of resilience and pure artistic devotion; a woman who turned a simple setup and an open heart into a cult legend of outsider music and cosmic beauty. major tom (coming home) is ethereal and trascendental just as the space lady herself. played with her battery-operated keyboard –just as the one she used to play on the streets of san francisco.

10. Shabaz Qalandar — Ustaad Noor Baksh

shahbaz qalandar by ustad noor bakhsh, “maestro of the bolochi banjo, he creates music in which we feel his connection to something larger than life, therefore the connection to everything. he went viral, and even performed on the first boiler room: pakistan, spreading his magic with new generations”..

11. Belfast - Orbital

Putting aside that Orbital are pillars in the history of electronic music, this song is such a treat on how beautiful and blissfull a song can be. The first "modern" vinyl that i bought, and surrounded by synchronicities. In the album they include the protocols of the journey listening to it, i leave you the first one: Find a space in your room that feels like the answer to the question "Are we here?"
